Intro Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a Brisbane based civil contractor who specialise in road and bridge construction projects.
Due to recent project wins and strong organic growth, we have opportunities at the
**Civil Leading Hand** level to work on a major road intersection upgrade here in Brisbane, Gladstone, Toowoomba, Carseldine, Parkinson, Jimboomba as well as more multi million dollar projects in the pipe line.
Our client also has projects in regional areas should you be open to DIDO/FIFO opportunities that include added financial incentives.
**Position**
Your duties will include;
- Machine operation
- Running crews across sites and overseeing day to day operations and tasks.
- Reporting directly to site management
- Liaising with management, clients, trades and sub contractors.
- Oversee diverse range of civil works inclusive of earthworks, drainage, pavements, concrete, traffic/street signalling and landscaping.
- Willingness to work across sites in Brisbane and regional Queensland (DIDO/FIFO Where required).
**Your Qualifications**
You will need the following;
- Relevant operating tickets
- Cert III in Civil Construction highly regarded however not necessary
- Previous Leading Hand experience
- Experience (DTMR/Local council projects in Australia preferred)
- Construction White Card
