Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the escalation point for complex network incidents and changes
Leading by example in delivering high-quality support across enterprise clients
Mentoring and developing junior engineers (L1 & L2) through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing
Assisting in shaping internal standards, documentation, and process improvements
Contributing to both BAU operations and project work
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior or lead-level network engineering role
Strong hands-on background in Cisco and/or Juniper routing & switching
Experience with Palo Alto firewalls
Leadership qualities – whether you've officially led a team or been the "go-to" mentor
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
