About the position
Our Wests Cardiff site is currently seeking casual Scullery Attendant to join our Catering team. This opportunity is responsible and key to our back of house operations in our Bistro and restaurant T-Bones.
Duties
* Cleaning of all soiled crockery,cutleryand equipment
* Clear and clean tables whenrequired
* Cleaning of work areas
* Assistwith the set-up of service
* Sweep and clean floors
* Ensureappropriate disposalof waste
This position will require availability for split shifts for breakfast,lunchand dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends and good availability through the week isa must.
About you
You are someone who canwork under pressure while at all timesensuring that our currenthigh standardsare met. With good availability throughout the week and weekends,previousexperience in asimilar caféoperationsor the likes ofFast FoodChains is desirable.
