Your New Company
This energy organisation plays a crucial role in Australia's clean energy future. They deliver complex energy solutions across the country to support the transition to cleaner, more sustainable energy. With an expanding strategic agenda, they are now seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to help shape the company's plan moving forward and lead high-impact initiatives.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Strategy Director, the Senior Strategy Analyst will help shape key business decisions by producing clear, data-driven insights and contributing to the broader strategic agenda.
You will:
* Contribute to the development of the company's long-term strategic roadmap
* Analyse internal and external data, including market trends, financial performance, and competitor activity
* Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and the executive team
* Support the delivery of strategic planning processes across business units
* Work cross-functionally with teams across operations, finance, and regulatory functions
* Track KPIs and progress against strategic objectives, supporting continuous improvement
About You
A background in corporate strategy, commercial analysis, or strategy consulting, you bring clarity to complexity and enjoy working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
You'll bring:
* 4–7 years' experience in corporate strategy, strategic analysis, or strategy consulting
* Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with large data sets
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
* Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and supporting executive decision-making
* Exposure to energy, infrastructure, utilities, or other capital-intensive industries is highly regarded
