We're a leading European automotive workshop and online store based on the Sunshine Coast, specialising in car electronics, performance, and upgrades. With a growing team and a busy e-commerce platform, we are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Coordinator to help us manage online operations and support our customers.
What You'll Do:
* Manage day-to-day online store tasks (Magento platform).
* Provide sales and customer support (email, phone, in person).
* Assist with product uploads, descriptions, and website content.
* Handle invoices and orders (Xero experience highly regarded).
* Support marketing with daily social media posts (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
* Work closely with the workshop team to coordinate sales, stock, and customer enquiries.
What We're Looking For:
* Passion for cars & the automotive industry.
* Strong written & verbal English communication skills (client-facing role).
* Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or sales support.
* Experience with Magento and/or Xero an advantage.
* Physically fit – able to assist with stock and workshop coordination.
* A proactive and detail-oriented attitude with a good eye for marketing content.
Role Details:
* Part-time to full-time: 25–38 hours per week (depending on skills offered).
* Location: Buderim, Sunshine Coast (workshop based).
* Training: Full training provided for the right candidate.
