NVM Services is seeking a full-time Crew Member role in Mooloolaba, QLD.
Flexible hours available.
This workplace maintains a drug & alcohol-free environment; employees can be subject to random testing.
You will be based in the above region but may be required to work in other locations subject to operational requirements.

Successful candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in this industry sector for senior positions. Sea time of less than 5 years may be considered subject to experience.
Candidates with no less than 1 year's Australian work experience, preferably in catching and handling crab, evidenced by sea-time or log book, are preferred.
For all positions, you must provide verifiable references. You need to be strong as these positions involve working on a deck, often in heavy seas and sometimes in cramped spaces.
Benefits
Salary or percentage of catch rate as per industry standards will be negotiated according to qualifications, skills, experience and performance.
Annual salary ranges for full-time employees in the relevant roles are:
* $68,800 – $78,000+ per year
All roles include government-regulated superannuation guarantee.
