Cyber Incident Response Lead
Protect and defend our customers and communities by providing the most comprehensive range of cyber security professional services. As a first responder to customers requiring assistance during a cyber breach, you will lead a squad of investigators on customer engagements.
About This Role
We are looking for highly specialised and internationally recognised experts covering digital forensic investigations, threat hunting and cyber breach response.
A unique approach leverages world class local facilities with the scale and depth of an international provider, led by local leadership.
This role requires full working rights in Australia, without current or future sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
* Deploy and use your DFIR (Digital Forensics and Incident Response) toolsets, collect evidence sources, analyse artefacts, and apply best practice analysis techniques.
* Help to ensure a high level of quality in the delivery of DFIR engagements, including technical work performed, customer updates and reports, and presentation of results.
* Take a leading role in the delivery of customer engagements in accordance with the DFIR operational framework, including scoping requirements, defining technical work to be performed, drafting budget estimates, preparing engagement letters and other documentation, performing engagement administration, leading other team members, preparing deliverables, identifying engagement risks, and resolving engagement issues.
* Provide on-site support to customers within Australia and Overseas.
Requirements
* Tertiary or related qualifications or experience in information technology or similar.
* Proven experience as a digital forensics investigator or equivalent.
* Highly capable of consistently delivering high quality DFIR work with little guidance.
* Attainment of at least three high quality DFIR certifications.
* Ability to attain a further advanced high quality DFIR certification.
* Highly effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills, building credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams.
* Capable of taking responsibility for elements of engagement management.
