We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this crucial role, you will:
- Oversee the planning, administration, and review of our customer and after-sales services, ensuring top-notch customer relations.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to drive growth in our battery solutions for off-grid power.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers, establishing trust and reliability.
- Work with the Procurement Manager to provide customers with the best pricing, stock availability, and promotions in line with our marketing strategy.
- Oversee customer interactions, provide after-sales support, address complaints, develop and implement service policies, and train staff on internal processes.
- Design and execute after-sales services to monitor customer satisfaction and enhance service quality.
- Track sales results and assist the sales team in meeting service KPIs and sales goals.
- Create and manage commercial e-communications to engage with our customers.

**The Successful Applicant Will Have**:
- A bachelor's degree in business with advanced knowledge in Project Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically in customer service and post-sales support.
- Strong understanding of on-grid and off-grid solar systems, and energy storage solutions in Australia and South American markets.
- Extensive experience with Unleashed Inventory and CRM Prospect Software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) and general Internet usage.
- Experience working in multinational corporations or large global organizations.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- A respectful, customer-focused, and people-oriented demeanour, with a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- A strong sense of urgency and a proactive attitude.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and support the team in achieving KPIs.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Willingness to work on-site weekdays.
