You will understand client needs, provide tailored product solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
This role combines sales, account management, and project coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with existing clients across retail, corporate, education, and event sectors.Respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and provide product recommendations.Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver orders on time and within budget.Support clients with artwork, branding, and product mockups.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our 6,000+ product range.Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in account management, sales, or client services (preferably in promotional products, retail, or B2B).
