We are a team orientated construction company based in the western suburbs of Sydney, focusing on commercial upgrades, housing renovations, Tiny Homes and maintenance projects.
Renobuild Projects is looking for a full-time Carpenter's Assistant / Maintenance All-Rounder to join our team.
Are you a skilled all-rounder who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in a job well done? We're looking for a hands-on handyman to join our growing team, supporting community housing maintenance and small project works across Sydney.
This is a great role for someone who wants stability, variety, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the community.
About the Role
 * Carry out general maintenance and repairs in community housing properties
 * Complete minor projects (patching, painting, carpentry, tiling, fencing, etc.)
 * Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
 * Work both independently and as part of a supportive team
 * Ensure works are completed to a high standard, on time and safely
What We're Looking For
 * Previous experience in handyman / maintenance / construction roles
 * Trade background (carpentry, painting, plastering, etc.) highly regarded but not essential
 * A problem-solver with a can-do attitude
 * Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in workmanship
 * Current driver's licence (company vehicle may be provided for work use)
 * White Card and relevant tickets (or willingness to obtain)
