We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to take the lead in day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service and smooth venue performance.

About the Role
As a Duty Manager, you'll play a pivotal leadership role across all areas of the hotel including bar, bistro, gaming, bottle shop, and functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing daily hotel operations and staff performance
* Leading and motivating a dynamic team across multiple departments
* Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and venue policies
* Managing cash handling, security, and stock control
* Delivering excellent customer service and resolving patron concerns
* Acting as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operations and high standards

About You
We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a busy hospitality environment. You will bring:
* Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality (pub, club, or hotel environment preferred)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends
* Current RSA & RCG (essential) – additional qualifications (e.g., First Aid, TAB) are a bonus
* A customer-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills
