An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a leading global real estate firm, overseeing a portfolio of shopping centres in the Rockhampton region.

The Role
As Facilities Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance of several retail centres. You will ensure that each asset is operating efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, while delivering excellent service to tenants and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and contractor management across multiple shopping centres
* Ensure compliance with WHS, fire safety, environmental, and risk management standards
* Manage budgets, maintenance schedules, and capex planning
* Build strong relationships with tenants, service providers, and the centre management team
* Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
* Respond to incidents and manage emergency protocols where required
About You
* Proven experience in facilities or operations management, ideally within retail or commercial property
* Strong knowledge of building systems, WHS, and contractor management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple assets effectively
* Relevant trade, facilities, or property qualifications preferred
