We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our Corporate Team. About the Role This diverse position involves delivering secure, reliable and efficient IT services across the organisation, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and a focus on continuous improvement. * Oversee outsourced Tier 1 and 2 Helpdesk support and provide responsive support to internal users. * Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licences and subscriptions. * Monitor and manage cybersecurity controls, enforcing policy compliance and supporting risk management processes. * Support the delivery of system upgrades, new system implementations and integration projects. * Manage procurement of IT hardware, software and services, including vendor relationships and contract performance. * Contribute to reporting and analytics using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Azure data platforms. * Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
