• 12-month contractKey ResponsibilitiesMain point of contact for all customer queries and spare part requirements.Monitor on-time delivery of spare orders and maintain delivery metrics.Manage contract reviews, sales order processing and stakeholder follow-through.Analyze customer data regarding ordering and delivery of spare parts.Facilitate responses and resolve delivery problems.Create and monitor performance metrics and maintain customer relationships.Basic QualificationsStrong customer support experience.Ability to understand customer organization, processes, policies and procedures.Understanding of the big picture and inter-relationships of all activities in the system.Experience with improving existing conditions and processes.Discover new opportunities and solutions for problems.Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.Benefits and OpportunitiesWe welcome applicants who are excited about building something amazing.
