Main Responsibilities:
* Forge lasting partnerships with C-level executives across industries, including CPG, Finance, Tel/Tech & Auto.
* Develop a team of ad sales managers to expand client bases through strategic pitches, influence key clients, and analyze performance metrics for tailored solutions.
* Lead the team by enhancing sales skills, coaching, training, and building organizational structures, including recruitment.
* Ensure seamless communication and alignment with clients and local sales counterparts to maximize strategies and build trust.
* Establish managerial processes: annual planning, budget prioritization, and impact measurement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum qualification: proven sales track record or experience in brand client-side or understanding of branding/advertising marketing.
* Minimum 10+ years of work experience in media sales roles with knowledge of digital performance marketing and ad metrics from tech-driven companies or media platforms.
* 3+ years of team and people management experience.
* Leadership skills – strong point of view with the ability to navigate clients, tech partners, and leverage existing relationships while building/fostering new ones in a matrix organization.
* Ability to lead, plan, and manage extensive advertising budgets and campaigns.
* Proficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
