Our construction division delivers projects in VIC, NSW, SA, ACT and QLD and we are on the lookout for a highly motivated & experienced Site Manager or Site Supervisor to join our VIC team based in Wodonga.
The Opportunity
If you are a Site Manager or Site Supervisor with Defence and / or commercial construction experience interested in a role in the Albury/Wodonga area, then we would like to hear from you!
You will have
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor working on Commercial Construction Projects valued from $1M-$10M.
- The ability to read and understand construction documents (e.g. drawings, specifications, programs, schedules etc.).
- Strong computer skills and experience using the Microsoft suite of programs, experience with Procore and Hammertech would be beneficial but not mandatory.
- Hold a Trade Certificate or Tertiary Qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Construction Management.
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- A good sense of humour.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to receive a Defence Security Clearance.
- A willingness to travel regionally for projects from time to time is necessary. All associated travel costs are covered by the company.
- Previous experience on Defence Projects will be highly regarded.
