Job Overview:
The role of Construction Supervisor/Branch Manager is a key position within the organization, responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations for the Alice Springs branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively communicate and guide the Alice Springs team on daily, weekly and upcoming jobs
* Consult with Install Supervisors, Transport Manager and Project Managers to allocate resources effectively
* Participate in project and operational meetings to ensure delivery of works in the Alice Springs region
* Monitor stock and materials levels to minimize delays in works
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors engaged to work in the Alice Springs Yards
* Partner with the HSEQ team to monitor and action HSEQ requirements
* Manage the performance of the Alice Springs Construction team
* Provide input into regular reporting for the Executive Team
About You:
Candidates must hold a White Card certification, an Australian Drivers Licence, and ideally a High Risk Forklift licence. A minimum 3 years background in Building Construction, with Carpentry trade, or 5+ years experience within the building and construction industry combined with 1-2 years supervisory experience may be suitable.
