We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team. Reporting to our directors your responsibilities will include:
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and job documentation
* Update and maintain job management software (Simpro)
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating jobs for tradespeople
* Track and order office supplies and consumables
* Book jobs, confirm appointments, and follow up on service requests
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable
* Reconcile receipts, timesheets, and job costs
* Support payroll processing (if required)
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Competent with Microsoft Office and job management systems
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
* High attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable
* Experience in a trade, construction, or service‑based business
* Knowledge of invoicing, quoting, or basic bookkeeping
