**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide expert advice and assistance with procurement process development and implementation.
- Prepare key procurement documentation in a timely manner and to a high standing, including but not limited to a Procurement Plan Minute, Evaluation Plan, Risk Matrix, Contract Management Plan and RFQ/T documentation.
- Conduct due diligence in reviews of competitive bids, vendor reputations, cost and service comparisons, to make informed recommendations to best fit the ACT Government.
Produce high quality documentation across the procurement lifecycle and reporting information as required, such as briefing material, communication artefacts and status updates.
- Make a significant contribution to innovation, changes in workplace practices and business improvement in the procurement and contracting space.
