We're a small but mighty SEO and content marketing agency, and we're on the hunt for an Executive Administrative Assistant who thrives on variety, loves ticking things off a list, and genuinely enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a part‐time role (~15 hrs/week) supporting our director across scheduling, admin, client support, research, and whatever else the day throws at you. Think of it less like a job description and more like an organised adventure.
The role is mostly remote, with the occasional in‐office day (at the director's home office — there's a dog, a cat and a pool so it's not all bad). We're flexible on days and hours, because life is busy and we get it.
Qualifications
* Have 2+ years of EA or senior admin experience
* Have some familiarity with digital marketing or agency life
* Have at least a little SEO and content marketing knowledge
* Totally get how to keep confidential info confidential
* Have a knack for anticipating what's needed before you're asked
* Can juggle competing priorities without losing your cool (or your to-do list)
* Are tech‐savvy, know Microsoft 365 applications (including SharePoint & Loop) pretty darned well, and are happy learning new tools
