Level 2/3 IT Support Specialist
Your new role within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
* Effectively managing, triaging and troubleshooting level 2 & 3 IT issues to an ITIL framework.
* Providing remote support across Microsoft 365, 3CX, firewalls, endpoints, servers and cloud.
* Undertaking new deployment and project work as required.
* Assisting with escalated complex technical support requirements.
* Mentoring and training junior members of the team.
To be successful in your application, you will need:
* Proven experience in providing level 2 & 3 IT support in a customer-facing environment.
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware / Hyper-V / Proxmox and network troubleshooting.
* Experience with Sophos, 3CX and ConnectWise / NinjaOne is highly advantageous.
* A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Sophos and 3CX certifications are preferred.
* Experience working within a managed service provider or consultancy.
* A valid driver's license.
