Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and management of sourcing strategies for competitive IT solutions. This includes leading the design, development, implementation and management of procurement sourcing strategies across the function to ensure adaptability to changing market conditions and new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include managing a highly trained and motivated team of nine people, planning and allocating staff resources, developing and managing performance to deliver service outcomes, and identifying key opportunities to drive commercial advantage.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will monitor, analyse and evaluate external commercial market conditions/trends to identify key opportunities to drive commercial advantage and implement changes to improve supply chain management.
