This role sits at the heart of how we unlock potential for our members. As a specialist, you'll work closely with our contracts team to produce high-quality submissions for opportunities across Defence and the wider Commonwealth.
* Draft, edit and coordinate winning tenders, quotes and capability statements.
* Translate technical input from SMEs into clear, persuasive content aligned to evaluation criteria.
* Ensure submissions are compliant with Commonwealth procurement rules, panel arrangements and agency-specific requirements.
* Manage deadlines, documentation and version control with care.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have strong writing skills, understand Federal Government or Defence environments, be familiar with Commonwealth procurement processes, enjoy building trusted relationships, be able to break down complex requirements into manageable steps, be organised, calm under pressure and comfortable juggling deadlines, take pride in producing polished work, and want their work to genuinely support SMEs to grow.
