Key Responsibilities:
* Driving project opportunities from concept to signed contract
* Building long-term relationships with buyers agents, property developers, consultants, and project managers
* Tapping into early-stage land activity, DA movements, and regional expansions
* Working alongside design, estimating, and marketing teams to shape proposals and win work
* Representing the brand at site visits, industry events, and field expos
Requirements:
* Strong background in business development or territory sales in construction, modular buildings, industrial property, or related sectors
* Proactive approach with ability to create leads
* Strong connections or networks across SEQ and regional QLD
* Confidence dealing with mid-size developers, agents, consultants, and project teams
* Genuine passion for building lasting relationships and seeing projects come to life
