* Reception and general office duties, including word processing, data entry, and compilation of forms;

* Supporting the enrolment process, coordinating school events, and maintaining student and staff files;

* Maintenance of work health and safety protocols, including risk assessment and accident reporting;

* Coordinating repairs and maintenance of school facilities, including upkeep of playing fields, gardens, and other areas;

* Assisting with school promotion, including advertising and public relations efforts;

* Attending to other matters as required and consistent with the skills of the incumbent.
