About the Role
As a Support Worker, your primary objective will be to provide assistance to diverse clients, including those with high needs and aged individuals. This involves aiding them with activities of daily living, such as domestic assistance, social support, respite care, transportation, meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care within their homes and community settings.

Requirements
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability, or Individual Support (desired)
* Valid driver's license and reliable motor vehicle
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Proficiency in using technology, including smartphones, email, and internet
