The opportunity As our Finance Advisor you'll advise and support our client- serving engagement teams to make the best use of EY's SAP engagement management system and it's processes in order to effectively manage their projects with EY's external clients.
All while you maintain work life balance through hybrid working.
This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis but we are open to part-time applications [minimum 4 days per week].
This role can be based in our EY Offices across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Auckland or Wellington.
Your key responsibilities Providing end-to-end opportunity and engagement lifecycle advice to client engagement teams.
Review open queries from client servers, prioritize follow up activities and schedule engagement team meetings for the week.
Ensuring engagement teams are properly prepared for client negotiations from a financial perspective.
Facilitate training for client serving teams on EY's SAP engagement management system and effective financial management practices Skills and attributes for success Two years' experience in a professional services environment in a financial/business capacity.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a logical approach to problem solving.
Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
We're interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
Bachelor of Business or TAFE Diploma in Accounting (desirable but not essential).
Experience in engagement economics and financial metrics.
Management accounting experience desirable but not essential.
Highly effective virtual teaming and influencing skills.
