Job Description
An exceptional opportunity to work as a Part Time Trust Accountant on an initial 12 month maternity contract, within a prestigious real estate agency in the Western Suburbs.
This is a key support position within the property management team, overseeing all aspects of trust accounting with accuracy and attention to detail. You'll ensure compliance, maintain smooth daily operations, and be the go-to person for anything trust-related.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing trust accounts for property management, and potentially sales.
* Daily receipting, payments, and bank reconciliations.
* Processing disbursements and end-of-month reporting.
* Ensuring compliance with legislative and audit requirements.
* Liaising with property managers, sales reps, and external stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in trust accounting.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong knowledge of industry compliance.
* Previous experience with Property Tree preferred.
* Enjoys being part of a collaborative and professional team.
