Responsibilities
Duties include but not limited to;
* Load and unload general interstate freight including oversize and awkward freight to ensure all units are at legal capacity.
* Unload local PUD fleet
* Load restraint
* Manual handling
* Follow safe work practices and procedures
* Sorting freight and staging loads
* Assist with administration tasks
* How to supervise the Loading/unloading trucks & containers
* Complete the Inbound & Outbound Inventory processes
* Forklift Operations
* WMS Processes
* How to multitask to ensure client satisfaction is met.
* Inventory Management
Your Schedule
Working hours: AM Shift - 6.00am to 12pm (with the opportunity for longer shifts)
Location: Green fields, South Australia
To be considered for the role:
* LF forklift ticket with 2 or more years' experience
* Have experience unloading PUD fleet with general and oversized freight
* Experience loading linehaul units including mezzanine floors
* Sound knowledge of legal weight distribution
* Knowledge of load restraint
* Ability to think and make decisions
* The ability to complete set tasks in a timely manner
* Good communication skills
* Sound Computer Skills
* Experience in Product Storage
* Experience in Pick & Pack
* Ability to prioritise workload
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $36.29 – $38.41 per hour
