The role of the Head Chef involves overseeing food preparation and presentation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine, particularly traditional dishes like Bánh Mì, Pho, and other classic Vietnamese foods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook authentic Vietnamese dishes with a focus on Vietnamese bread (Bánh Mì).
2. Maintain kitchen organization and adhere to food safety standards and hygiene practices.
3. Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong leadership skills with a collaborative team spirit.
* A valid food handling certificate.
* Previous experience with Vietnamese cuisine and the ability to use a wok.
* Commitment to long-term employment and adaptability to new challenges.
