This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned event coordinator who can assist in the planning and execution of a key Government Authority initiative.

A dynamic individual with experience in event management is required to join the team for a short-term contract, lasting between 1-2 weeks.

The role involves managing logistics, creating floor plans, liaising with stakeholders, and providing expertise to the broader team.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

* Excellent communication skills
* Strong time management capabilities
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in event planning or management
* A current Working with Children's Check
* Background in public sector roles advantageous
