Incredible opportunity to join Westpac Pacific as a Senior Business Analyst supporting within the Chief Operating Officer (COO) team.
You will initially lead the Customer Journey design phase and support BAU change processes.
You will work closely with the Leadership team, teams in PNG and Fiji, Customer Journey Leads, and other stakeholders across the Pacific business and Group functions ensure clarity and alignment on requirements.
This role is full time and be based in Sydney, Australia.
You will also be required to travel to PNG/Fiji offices on an ad hoc basis as required to support delivery.
This role will also see you: Lead stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather requirements and insights Document as-is and to-be process maps using tools such as Microsoft Visio Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for BAU processes Design and implement reporting and monitoring mechanisms, including dashboards using Power BI Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to inform business decisions.
What do I need?
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to deliver structured outputs that enable operational improvements and strategic outcomes.
Solid experience working as a Business Analyst within the banking industry Demonstrated experience in process improvement such as knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio) Solid stakeholder management that achieves the required outcomes and provides leadership and direction Understanding of business banking or account opening processes/requirements is highly desirable Why join us?
