The Role – What You'll Do As an OSHC Area Manager, you'll oversee up to 10 services across the dynamic region of the Gold Coast. Every week, you'll provide hands-on leadership, strategic coaching, and operational guidance to ensure each service thrives.
You will:
* Lead and mentor People Leaders & Educators
* Drive quality improvements using NQF, NQS & MTOP
* Guide services through Assessment & Rating with confidence
* Build strong relationships with schools & communities
* Manage budgets, compliance, and service sustainability
* Travel between sites (allowance provided) to deliver support that truly matters
About You:
You're an experienced OSHC leader with a calm presence and strong vision. You know how to build teams, nurture culture, and balance people-first leadership with operational excellence.
* Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
* Proven OSHC leadership experience (Area Manager or equivalent)
* Skilled in NQF, MTOP & Early Years Learning Framework
* Strong communicator & mentor of dispersed teams
* WWCC, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
* Valid driver's license & happy to travel
