We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a reputable and well-established business supplying luxury high-end bathroom and kitchen fixtures. You'll manage a portfolio of key accounts across the distributor and commercial retail channel – including plumbing merchants, major commercial retailers, and home improvement specialists.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and growing relationships with plumbing merchants and commercial retailers such as Harvey Norman Commercial, Winnings Commercial, E&S Trading, and others.
* Driving sales growth through regular client engagement, range reviews, and promotional initiatives.
* Developing tailored sales strategies for each account, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
* Identifying new business opportunities within the channel and supporting national sales strategies.
* Collaborating with internal teams across marketing, product, and operations to ensure exceptional customer support and service delivery.
About You:
* Proven experience managing distributor or retail accounts within the plumbing, bathroom, or building products industry.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* A confident communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
* Self-motivated with strong time management and the ability to work autonomously.
* Comfortable with regular travel across metro and regional NSW as needed.
