Position: Full-Time Baker Location: [Paynesville Bakery ] Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products. Follow recipes and quality standards consistently. Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bakery. Manage inventory and assist with stock rotation. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Previous experience as a baker preferred. Must have Certificate iii and Certificate IV in Baking, pastry or similar. Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
