Job Description
We are seeking an Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing individual caseloads of claims through to finalisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing individual caseloads of claims through to finalisation
* Identifying potential recovery actions as part of effective claims management
* Reviewing quotes and authorising repair costs
* Negotiating settlements for claims
* Acting as a technical referral point for internal teams
Requirements
* Exceptional customer service skills and high attention to detail
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to gather, collate, and present evidence to make informed decisions
* Clear communication of complex processes and decisions to members
* Results-oriented mindset
* Self-driven and motivated with the ability to work autonomously
