The Opportunity
Operations Supervisor in Cleanaway, no two days are the same Be prepared for a little bit of this and a little bit of that from coordinating your curbside collection fleet, to OH&S reporting, preparing payroll, you will love the variety
* Coordinate and schedule your curbside collection fleet to ensure all KPI's are achieved
* Consult with line management in the development and management of operational targets
* Ensure all pre-start, post-run, and minor day to day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment
* Lead by example - be a people person, create a good solid work and team culture
* Drive operational efficiencies within the team, continual review and improvement of site
* Manage and prepare detailed reports this includes toolbox meetings
* Lead performance management investigations and outcome
About You
You ideally will have a landfill or waste background
* Be approachable, have good people skills
* Ideally have 2-3yrs minimum experience in a supervisory role
* Exposure to and knowledge of comprehensive safety management systems
* Experience within the transport / waste / logistics and or recycling industries desirable
* Knowledge of HSE and environmental legislation and ability to work independently
* Microsoft suite experience essential
