We are seeking skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians to join our project on a major infrastructure project in Karratha. This is a long-term opportunity with FIFO options available from the East Coast.
This is a part of a joint venture, where we are delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, one of the largest in Australia and the world.
As an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician, you will be exposed to a range of iconic projects and industries, with opportunities for training and skills development.
Your Role Will Include:
* Installing electrical/lighting reticulation circuits
* Installing electrical equipment
* Pulling and tying electrical cables
* Installing electrical conduits within trenches (civil trenching works and manual backfill)
* Executing work according to comprehensive procedures and adhering to work instructions
* Manual installation of electrical utilities
* Completing Inspection and Test Records (ITRs) and electrical appliance/portable equipment testing/tagging
Qualifications You Will Bring to Our Project:
* ELECTRICAL LICENCE WA - Mandatory
* Certificate III or IV in Instrumentation (if applicable)
* Perform CPR/LVR - Mandatory
* Installation and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA) - Mandatory
* License to Perform High Risk Work Elevated Work Platform (WP) Endorsement - Mandatory
* Work Safely at Heights - Mandatory
* Confined Space Entry - Desirable
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
