About the role: Provide high quality therapy services to clients in the community Conduct Assessments and implement subsequent intervention Provide recommendations on Home Modifications Prescription of equipment and assistive technologies Capacity Building Independence Programs to improve functional independence Case management notes and reporting About you: Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy (with AHPRA registration) Some clinical Occupational Therapy experience is desired however not essential A positive, professional, and friendly manner High level reporting skills Driver's license and a car Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children check and Police Check.
