We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to provide exceptional food service experiences for our customers in a busy cafe environment.
The Role
This hands-on role requires the ability to work as an all-rounder, providing support and assistance to the team, handling cash register sales and balancing, serving barista-level coffee, preparing meals, and maintaining stock rotation and general cleaning.

Requirements
1. Previous hospitality experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar retail food position preferably with barista skills
2. Retail customer sales and counter service experience
3. Experience in food preparation and presentation, including excellent sandwich preparation skills
4. Competency in using Point of Sale, EFTPOS & cash handling
5. Prior experience in a commercial kitchen
6. Food and hygiene food safety certificates preferred
