Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to take charge of daily site operations, managing a dedicated team of approximately 6 staff. This role focuses on driver coordination and incident management, monthly reporting and ensuring smooth operational excellence.

* This is a Monday to Friday 9 am - 5pm Site based role in Geraldton with on-call for out-of-hours issues.
As part of our team, you'll contribute to crucial environmental solutions through our innovative Water, Waste, Energy and Industrial Services, helping protect the environment and address essential human needs for a sustainable future.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily fleet and driver scheduling
* Responsible for all site operations, including reporting on financial performance and reviewing operating costs
* Coordinate driver documentation and safety
* Lead team training and safety meetings
* Ensure HSE compliance
* Process maintenance and supply orders
* Track and report incidents
* Foster safety culture and customer service excellence
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery whilst maintaining customer service requirements
Requirements
* HR licence desirable
* An understanding of the waste industry or transport and logistics industry
* Demonstrable experience of team management
* Experience in submitting and presenting detailed responses to customers' commercial and operational requests and reporting
