What You'll Be Doing
As a Legal Assistant at Davey Conveyancing, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting our Licensed Conveyancers with preparing legal documents and handling administrative tasks with accuracy and care.
Providing administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.
Communicating with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other key contacts to gather necessary information and documentation.
Answering calls and keeping clients updated, making sure they feel informed and supported throughout their transaction.
Organising and managing files efficiently, following our structured processes to keep everything on track.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional who has:
Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Experience in LEAP Legal Software & PEXA preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and team-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a successful team.
