The Position:
A rare and exciting career opportunity is available for a motivated, self‐starter with practical or building maintenance knowledge.
The Role May Include, But Is Not Limited To:
* Maintain and carry out general maintenance and repairs of all buildings and properties.
* Grounds maintenance including maintaining the quality of lawns, gardens and sites.
* Co‐ordination and liaison with contracted services.
* Reporting requirements for major repairs to the Internal Services Manager.
Required Skills:
* Experience with garden and building maintenance.
* Experience using hand and electrical powered tools.
* A current & valid manual driver's licence.
* Be self‐motivated and have a positive, "can do" attitude.
* Ability to meet and establish deadlines.
* Excellent driving record.
