Lead and support our newest OSHC service to our OSHC community. Part-time, working 24 hrs per week, including dedicated non-contact time. Access up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits to increase your take-home pay.
About The Role
As our Lead Educator, you will lead the operations of the service and help grow its capacity. You will guide and support your OSHC team, delivering high-quality early childhood education and care to children. You will have access to our dedicated OSHC Director and Educational Leaders, who will assist you in planning and implementing quality, play-based educational and leisure programs.
About The Program
Our Before and After School Care services provide learning and leisure activities for local children, easing the pressure on busy families and offering children more time with peers before and after school. We focus on outdoor experiences and fostering a love for the environment.

We include dedicated non-contact time weekly for management tasks. Besides base salary and superannuation, you'll receive 17.5% leave loading and can increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, usable on rent, mortgage, groceries, bills, and more.
About You
You will have experience in delivering high-quality services that promote children’s well-being and support families. Your skills include:
* Understanding OSHC operational requirements and knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
* Knowledge of child development and quality care practices.
* Familiarity with My Time, Our Place framework, reflected in programming and outcomes.
* Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority qualification.
* Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates or willingness to obtain them.
* Current Employee Working with Children Check / Working with Vulnerable Persons Check.
