Job Title: Strategic Marketing Leader
As a key member of our team, the Strategic Marketing Leader will oversee the go-to-market strategy and execution for Fluent Order Management.
* Owning the end-to-end GTM strategy, including market segmentation, competitive differentiation, and execution across product launches and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and managing day-to-day execution of GTM plans, working closely with product, marketing, and sales leadership.
* Defining and evolving product positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with enterprise buyers.
* Partnering with Product Management to ensure clarity and alignment on market needs and roadmap priorities.
Content Creation & Thought Leadership
* Leading creation of compelling content supporting buyer journey stages—sales decks, solution briefs, competitive battle cards, video scripts, e-books, blog posts, and more.
* Acting as subject matter expert and thought leader, representing Fluent Commerce in written content, webinars, customer engagements, and industry events.
Enablement & Commercial Readiness
* Driving sales enablement by developing playbooks, training programs, and persona-based content to ensure sales teams effectively communicate value proposition.
* Delivering regular enablement sessions and working closely with Rev Ops to track usage and impact.
Product Launches & Releases
* Leading GTM planning and execution for new product launches and major feature releases.
* Coordinating cross-functional implementation with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Partner & Analyst Relations
* Collaborating with partnerships team to support channel enablement through co-branded assets and tailored messaging.
* Supporting analyst relations and influencer programs to raise Fluent's visibility and credibility in the market.
