We are seeking an independent, self -motivated, entry level office administrator on a full-time basis (38 hours per week). You will be part of a busy team responsible for the following duties:
* Opening files and filing
* Mail collection and delivery
* Daily reception back up
* Ensuring kitchen is tidy and stocked
* Meeting room set up and set down
* Assistance with event coordination
* Other ad-hoc housekeeping and administration duties as required
This role would suit a recent high-school graduate or someone looking to get into an administration role.
