Our client, a well-established custom joinery business based in Warriewood, is looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join their growing team. With over 13 years in operation and a team of 40 across production, design, and sales, they've built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and commercial joinery projects. The Role Working in a modern factory environment, you'll be primarily based on the bench manufacturing a variety of custom joinery, including: Wardrobes and built-in cabinetry Vanities and storage solutions Office and commercial fit-outs General custom cabinetry What's on Offer 4-day work week - Monday to Thursday (6:00am - 4:00pm) Fridays off - great work/life balance Stable, long-term opportunity with consistent pipeline of work Supportive, team-focused culture About You Trade qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner / Carpenter Ideally 5 years' experience, minimum 2 years (however, strong candidates with less experience will be considered) Proven experience with wardrobes and built-in cabinetry Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Confident in curved and angled work Ability to work both independently and within a team Why Join?
