What you'll do
* Support winemaking operations alongside Winemakers and Cellar team
* Oversee grape intake, processing, press cuts and juice assessments
* Participate in tastings, trials and Vintage work programs
* Maintain high winery hygiene and stock records
* Get stuck into cellar work and Vintage activity across site
What you'll bring
* Experience in an Assistant Winemaker / Winemaking role
* Passion for wine, strong attention to detail and team mindset
* Confidence working in a fast-paced, hands-on winery environment
* Sensory skills and exposure to premium wine production (ideal)
