Due to a significant growth in revenues, a corporate service firm is now looking for a Finance and Human Resources Assistant.
As the F&HR Assistant, you will be supporting the finance team and HR related objectives and matters.
Depending on your Finance/Bookkeeping experience, you could be involved with:
- **Assisting the financial manager and senior bookkeeper**:
- **Signing off time sheets and enter into system**:
- **Various basic accounting reports**:
- **Payroll and Superannuation
- Workforce 200+ staff**:
- **Some Accounts Payable and Receivable**:
- **Bank Reconciliations**:
- **Matching Purchase Orders, Delivery Dockets, and Invoices**
Depending on your HR and general office experience, you could be involved with:
- **Scheduling of meetings and venue bookings**:
- **Assisting HR functions**:
- **Assisting recruitment functions**:
- **Involved in hiring processes and talent searching**:
- **Ordering of office inventory**
**Salary**: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
