About the Role
We are offering a talented and experienced Senior Associate to join the Commercial Litigation team. You will lead complex disputes, manage client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers, all while working alongside industry‑recognised Partners in a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, insolvency, and shareholder actions.
* Provide strategic legal advice and advocacy in superior courts.
* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals.
* Contribute to business development and client engagement initiatives.
About You
* Minimum 5 years PAE in commercial litigation.
* Strong technical skills and a strategic mindset.
* Proven ability to manage files independently and lead teams.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
